In 2005, owner and founder Matt Kaulig started LeafFilter Gutter Protection from his home’s basement. His thriving company has grown from one small office in Hudson, Ohio to become one of the largest home improvement companies in the country. When the time came to renovate their headquarters, LeafFilter turned to the same design group that styled the space 8 years ago. This time around, changing the flooring, especially in the lobby, was a major priority. The existing black polished 18 x 18” marble couldn’t stand up to the long winters of Northeast Ohio, showing white salt streaks from foot traffic that made it look unsightly for months on end. The client wanted an abstract floor that would dramatically complement the NASCAR-themed interior motif, yet look great all year round. Aspecta Five LVT provided the solution with its high style coupled with superior performance.

Georgia Southern University

Georgia Southern University’s store is a major hub of campus activity, serving over 20,000 students who purchase everything from textbooks and school supplies to novelty gift items and accessories. During football season, the store is jam-packed with shoppers buying GSU Eagles-branded team “spirit wear”. To replace the flooring during school break, the facility and maintenance managers sought a wood-look flooring that could stand up to high foot traffic and spills and provide easy maintenance along with durability and longevity. Aspecta Five provided the high-performing, great-looking solution.

Four Winds Manor

A privately owned facility outside of Madison, Wisconsin, offering skilled nursing / rehabilitation care and assisted living, Four Winds Manor takes pride in being a small, hometown facility offering special touches uncommon in larger, corporate facilities. When a modernizing renovation was planned, the existing, dated 12-inch vinyl floor tiles were swept away in favor of Aspecta Five, known for its durability and upscale good looks: two important criteria to a residential healthcare environment. The product was installed throughout the facility: entryway, dining rooms/common areas and even resident rooms.

Key Bank Café

Cleveland-based KeyCorp is one of the nation's largest bank-based financial services companies, with assets of approximately $93.8 billion.

For the renovation of the Key Bank Café for employees at headquarters, the team chose Aspecta for meeting all the flooring guidelines they had set: Durability, Thickness, Cleanability (no-wax) and most importantly, Reliability – getting the product on time. Aspecta delivered on all fronts!

Mellow Mushroom

Mellow Mushroom in Farragut, Tennessee, has been serving pizza, beer and fun to guests for over 15 years. The years had taken their toll on the Farragut location’s original, polished concrete flooring, which was beginning to fail: cracking and, beyond aesthetics, creating safety concerns. The design team looked for a flooring that not only would warm up the look of the restaurant, but improve things from a performance standpoint: longer-lasting and safer. They chose ASPECTA planks not only for their good looks, but also for their staying power.

M House

The mHouse, a concept environment showcasing all-manmade materials, revealed the world’s most innovative and compelling decorative surfaces in unique and creative ways. A research lab for tomorrow’s modern environment, The mHouse project is all about what’s possible. The organizers looked to ASPECTA for covering 3,500 square feet of flooring because it evoked the smooth surface of well-layered, stained concrete, without concrete’s downside: hard and unforgiving; susceptible to moisture/mold and mildew and cracking.

Root Sports

ROOT SPORTS Southwest Region is the television home of the Houston Rockets and Houston Astros. The name has a double meaning – supporting and rooting for the home team, and being grounded, connected and an insider with their team partners and fans alike. The network currently reaches approximately 4.2 million households across five states and delivers more than 250 live events each year – all available in high definition, anchored from the Houston studio. When it came time to renovate, that high definition was carried through to the flooring with an intricate installation of ASPECTA that reflects the region’s sports culture of intensity and spirit. On camera during every opening shot from the studio, ASPECTA is always ready for her close-up!

Thomas West Salon

Founded in 1986, Thomas West Salon maintains an intense commitment to providing the highest level of service possible, doing so in a friendly, relaxing and comfortable environment. When the salon moved to a new location in the building, the team looked to ASPECTA for a flooring that could step up to the demands of a busy salon environment with both style and substance.

Virgin Banks

When Virgin Money launched its new high street Lounges, the company opted for a look that was contemporary, unique, very stylish and with some real character – as you might expect given the iconic mother brand. The new design includes a strong café feel, with low tables, free coffee, chilled soft drinks on tap and a grand piano. The idea is that customers can literally use the Lounges for meetings or simply chilling out – as well as banking services, of course. Virgin Money’s property team chose ASPECTA for the flooring because it looks fantastic and met their specification, while being very easy to maintain and able to take heavy footfall. The Virgin Money Lounge located on Haymarket, in London is fitted with 80 square metres of ASPECTA FIVE’s stunning Melbourne Elm Natural wood plank.
