A New Dimension in Middle Eastern Flooring Design

This month, Messara Trading - headquartered in Sharjah, United Arabic Emirates - will officially launch the exciting new luxury vinyl flooring brand called ASPECTA at the Dubai Hotel Show from 28th until 30th September.

The first range from ASPECTA is a stunning, creative collection of over 100 planks and tiles. This portfolio is ideal for the retail, hospitality, leisure and corporate markets. It includes some unique stones and masonry that combine excellence in design, colour and texture. Piermont (pictured above in the boutique setting) is one of ASPECTA FIVE’s flagship lines and is a particularly impressive floor.

Other key products include:

Lithic Stone which is reminiscent of limestone, but more colourful and therefore in line with current trends in modern commercial interiors. It is ideal for casual hospitality and retail environments. The mellow blending of colours imitates the subtle variances in nature.

Inspired by the Tuscan countryside, Pedona features a traditional approach that when paired with more austere materials can create an exciting, unexpected look. Its layered markings of time effectively capture the feel of polished stone.

Adelina Stone is similar to the plastered masonry of historic buildings, and is an earthy option that responds to the trend for linear patterns. A solid choice for both traditional and contemporary interiors, its statement is one of elegance in nature. Another very interesting design is

Washed Concrete, which imitates the smooth and porous surface of well-layered cement. This finely detailed ‘workhorse’ rendition finds its way into most interiors as the basic ground on which to build, with reference to natural elements and subtle washed colours both adding an extra dimension.
